生根粉-6对福建观音莲座扦插宿存叶柄生长发育的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度和不同时间的生根粉-6处理,对福建观音莲座5-7年生的宿存叶柄进行扦插试验,结果表明,不同浓度的生根粉-6对叶柄的生长发育有显著的影响。20-50mg/kg的生根粉-6对叶柄的平均成活率,根的数量,发二回叶的百分率及叶长等有明显的提高和促进作用;2、4、6h三种不同处理时间对叶柄的生长发育无显著影响。采用20-50mg/kg的生根粉-6处理2h,可促进福建观音莲座扦插叶柄的生长发育,缩短繁育周期,提高繁殖系数。

Abstract:Cutting experiment on 5 ~ 7 years Angiopteris fokiensis persistent petiole treated by different concentration of ABT-6 and different duration resulted that different concentration ABT-6 had evident effect on growth and development of petiole. Treatment of 20 ~ 50mg/kg ABT-6 could increase and promote mean survival rate, root amount, percentage of leaf renewal and length of leaf. Duration of treatments such as 2,4,6 hours had no significant effect on growth and development of petiole. Treatment with 20 ~ 50mg/kg by 2 hours could promote growth and development of cutting petiole, shorten cultivation period and increase cultivation index.
