摘    要:木脂素是一类由苯丙素衍生物(C6—C3)聚合而成的化合物,具有抗肿瘤等重要生物活性。利用95%乙醇浸提及柱层析和薄层层析的方法,从人工三倍体桑树品种嘉陵20号中分离得到一种木脂素化合物,经波谱结构鉴定,确定其为稀有木脂素Dadahol A。该化合物的相对分子量为698,分子式为C39H38O12。从桑树中分离获得该化合物,有助于对桑树的生物活性物质和木脂素类化合物的研究。

Abstract:Lignans,with anti-tumor and other important biological activity,are a category compounds polymerized of the phenylpropanoid derivatives(C6—C3).One of lignans was extracted with alcohol,and isolated by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography from new artificial triploid mulberry variety Jialing 20.Based on physicochemical characters and spectrum evidence,the structure of the lignan was determined and identified as Dadahol A,which relative molecular weight was 698,and molecular formula was C39H38O12.It was first time isolated Dadahol A from mulberry.These results laid the basis for the further research on the bioactive compounds and lignans from mulberry.
