摘    要:扩增片段长度多态性技术(AFLP)已经成为一个普遍应用的分子标记技术,具有集成高效性、高信息量、无需知道序列信息等诸多优点,近年来又在酶切、扩增体系、检测和分析方法等方面不断得到改进,已广泛应用于生物学的各个领域。近十年来,AFLP分子标记技术在昆虫学研究中得到广泛应用,极大地促进了人们对昆虫多样性遗传基础的了解。目前研究人员已经利用该技术绘制了有益昆虫以及农艺学上重要害虫的基因连锁图谱,并对控制相关性状的基因进行了标记以及QTL定位等。本文简要介绍了AFLP分子标记技术在有益昆虫、重要农业害虫、检疫害虫等研究中的应用,并对该技术应用前景进行了简单的展望。

Abstract:Recently, the amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) technology has gained a lot of popularity, and is now frequently applied to a wide variety of organisms. It is characterized by high efficiency and informativeness; it is applicable to any organisms without prior knowledge of its genomic makeup. Some modifications of the method in the aspects of restriction of the DNA, system of selective amplification, the method of detection and analysis have been adopted since the appearance of AFLP. The marker technique has been widely used in diverse domains of entomological studies over the past ten years. The current trends of application of AFLP technique show that the marker has contributed significantly to progresses towards understanding genetic basis of insect diversity, and researchers have already used it to map genetic linkage group of economically and agriculturally important insects, for tagging genes and quantitative trait loci, and so on. In this review, we briefly introduced the application of AFLP in the research of useful insects, important agricultural pests and quarantine pests, and summarized the application status and prospects in entomological research.
