微型月季的试管开花诱导研究

用微型月季茎段诱导培养无菌不定芽苗为材料,研究生根与愈伤组织情况、不同氮磷比、不同浓度的蔗糖、2-iP、ABA等处理对离体培养下花芽诱导的影响。结果表明:生根不长愈伤组织的无菌不定芽苗的花芽诱导率最低,不生根、长愈伤组织诱导率最高;不同的氮磷比对花芽的诱导率不同,高磷低氮有助于花芽的形成;55 g/L的蔗糖浓度较其他浓度对花芽的诱导效果最好;外源激素处理中,2-iP和ABA均不利于花芽的诱导。

A Study on in Vitro Flowering of Rosa hybrida 'minima'

The sterilized indefinite shoots induced from the axillary's buds of mini rose(Rosa hybrida 'minima') stem were used as the material,the effects of varies treatments on flower inducing such as the condition of rooting or calli growing of the shoots,different rates of nitrogen with phosphorus,different concentrations of sugar,2-ip,and ABA and so on were studied,respectively.These results indicated that,there was the lowest flower inducing rate of the shoots with rooting but no growing calli,and the highest rate with no rooting but growing calli,flower bud inducing was promoted by higher phosphorus with lower nitrogen,there was the best effect of flower bud inducing when being cultured on the media containing 55 g/L sugar among all the treatments;treatments with 2-iP and ABA inhibited flower bud inducing.
