温汤处理对百合鳞片扦插繁殖的影响

摘    要:以亚洲百合Prato和铁炮百合White Fox鳞片为试材,对其进行不同时间和温度的温汤处理,研究其对鳞片扦插的消毒效果和对小子球再生及增殖的影响,并获得适宜的处理时间和温度范围.结果表明,短时低温的温汤处理对百合鳞片扦插的影响不显著,但也不宜长时高温处理;适宜的温度和时间可以消毒灭菌,且有利于小子球的发生和增殖,以30℃2 h和40℃30 min两个处理组合效果较好.

Abstract:To study effect of disinfection, regeneration and proliferation of cutting bublets and access to optimal treated time and temperature range, the scales of Asian Lily Prato and Lilium formolongi White Fox as materials were treated with warm water with different time and temperature. The results indicated that effect of Lily cutting scales with short time and low temperature treatment was not significant, meanwhile long time and high temperature was unflavor;The appropriate temperature and warm water treated time was helpful to disinfection and sterilization, and conductive to occurrence and proliferation of bublets which demonstrated that the treatment combination of 30℃ with 2 h or 40℃ with 30 min was the optimal one for Lily cutting scales.
