叶面施硅对水稻吸收和转运无机砷和甲基砷的影响

摘    要:为探讨叶面施硅对水稻吸收和转运不同形态砷As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅴ)、MMA(Ⅴ)和DMA(Ⅴ)]的影响,采用水培模式和高效液相-原子荧光光度计(HPLC-AFS)相结合的方法,探究了水稻幼苗叶面施硅后其吸收不同形态砷的能力及其体内不同形态砷含量的变化。结果表明:4种砷形态处理下,叶面施硅可降低水稻地上部和根部砷含量,其中As(Ⅴ)、MMA(Ⅴ)处理下,叶面施硅水稻根中砷含量显著低于对照,降幅分别为26.16%、35.32%(P0.05),As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)处理下,叶面施硅后,水稻地上部砷浓度显著低于对照(P0.05),降幅分别为23.03%和42.98%;叶面施硅处理还可降低水稻对砷的吸收能力,其中As(Ⅴ)、MMA(Ⅴ)处理下,叶面施硅水稻对砷的吸收显著低于对照,降幅分别为29.08%、35.17%(P0.05);此外,叶面施硅可以降低水稻地上部与根系砷形态含量,其中As(Ⅴ)处理下,叶面施硅的水稻地上部As(Ⅲ)含量比对照显著降低32.60%(P0.05),As(Ⅴ)和MMA(Ⅴ)处理下,水稻根系As(Ⅴ)和MMA(Ⅴ)含量分别比对照显著降低55.30%和30.61%。但是,叶面施硅对不同形态砷在苗期水稻体内的转运没有显著影响。总之,叶面施硅可抑制水稻对不同形态砷的吸收与累积,在一定程度上降低水稻砷毒害。
