扦插生根过程中贴梗海棠插穗生理生化指标的变化

摘    要:对贴梗海棠扦插后插穗内部水分、可溶性蛋白、单宁含量和多酚氧化酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,水分含量先下降后上升;可溶性蛋白和单宁含量先上升后下降;而多酚氧化酶活性呈上升趋势。扦插后11天内插穗失水较多,保持土壤充足的水分,是提高插穗成活率的关键环节。

Abstract:The content of internal moisture,soluble protein,tannin and polyphenol oxidase in Chaenomeles specios cuttings were studied.The results showed that the moisture content declined firtly and then rose,while the contents of soluble protein and tannin changed conversely;the activity of polyphenol oxidase showed an increasing trend.The cuttings lose much more moisture in 11days after cutting,so maintaining enough moisture in soil was the key to increase the survival rate of cuttings.
