摘    要:对不同抗性的番茄品系(自交系5号、CLN2037E及杂交一代) 人工接种晚疫病菌后, 观察叶片超微结构变化。结果表明: (1) 接菌前, 自交系5号的线粒体比CLN2037E和F1多。(2) 接菌42 h,3个品系都出现质壁分离; 自交系5号和F1的线粒体增加, 同时出现过氧化物酶体; 自交系5号叶绿体被破坏。(3) 接菌54 h, CLN2037E线粒体增加, 出现过氧化物酶体; F1有部分叶绿体破坏。(4) 接菌72 h,3个品系都出现细胞壁折叠, 自交系5号的叶绿体只存在零散的基质、基粒片层, 少数线粒体膜破坏和空泡化; F1的多数叶绿体还存在基本形状; CLN2037E只有少数的叶绿体膜破坏。结论: 接种病菌后, 抗性品系(CLN2037E) 比感病品系(自交系5号) 叶绿体被破坏程度轻, 线粒体增加和过氧化物酶体出现时间晚, 细胞壁折叠很明显。

Abstract:Three different resistant tomato lines (Inbred line 5, CLN2037E and their cross F1) were studied in incubator after inoculating Phytophthora infestans. We took leaves at different time to observe the deterioration of leaves ultra structure. The result showed that: first, before inoculating Phytophthora infestans, Inbred line 5 has more mitochondria than F1 and CLN2037E. Second, inoculated 42 h, three lines appeared plasmolysis. Both Inbred line 5 and F1 appeared peroxisome and the mitochondria quantity increased, and chloroplast of Inbred line 5 was also damaged. Third, inoculated 54 h, CLN2037E appeared peroxisome and mitochondria quantity increased; also a part of chloroplast of F1 was destroyed. Fourth, inoculated 72 h, the cell wall in all three lines became creased. Much of the chloroplast membrane of inbred line 5 was decomposed. There was only scattered thylakoid and grana lamella, a few mitochondria cavitations and membrane was damaged. There was basic chloroplast structure in F1 and little chloroplast membrane of CLN2037E was damaged. Conclusion: we compared resistant line (CLN2037E) with sensitive line (Inbred line 5) after inoculating Phytophthora infestans, and found that the structure of resistant line chloroplast was least damaged. Peroxisome appeared later and increased quantities of mitochondria also appeared at later stage. Creasing in the cell wall became obvious.
