| 摘 要： | 为适应新形势、新任务的要求，高等学校在实施素质教育中，更应重视思想政治素质教育.思想政治素质教育又是一种精神素质教育，当前应以爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育为主线，重点进行主体精神、哲学精神、创新精神等教育.思想政治素质教育要面向知识经济时代，着力在教育创新上下功夫，努力实现思想政治工作者自身和教育方法、手段以及机制的现代化。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of new situation, new task, higher educcotional institutions, which are implementing quality- oriented education, should pay more attention to the quality - oriented education of ideology and politics. At present, the quality - oriented education of ideology and poli- tics, which is a kind of spiritual quality - oriented education, should educate with patriotism, collectivism, socialism, especially should carry on such education as subject spirit, philosophy spirit, innovative spirit, etc. The quality- oriented education of ideology and politics should face the era of Knowledge -based economy, and make great efforts in education innovation, in order to realize the modernizations of the ideology and politics workers, the educational method, means and mechanism. |
