| 摘 要： | 本研究通过建立二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀模型、醋酸腹腔注射致小鼠疼痛模型、家兔骨折模型,观察"乌芷跌打膏"的抗炎、镇痛、促进骨折愈合作用效果。结果显示,"乌芷跌打膏"对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀有显著抑制作用,对腹腔注射醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛有显著抑制作用,对手术所致家兔骨折的愈合有促进作用。

Study on Pharmacodynamics of uzhi Dieda Ointmeat |

| Abstract: | Three models were established in this research,including mouse auricular swelling model induced by xylene,mouse pain model induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid and rabbit fracture model. The effects of Wuzhi dieda ointmeat on anti-inflammation,analgesia,promoting fracture healing were observed.The results showed that Wuzhi dieda ointmeat significantly inhibited the auricular swelling in-duced by xylene and intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid-induced pain in mice.Meanwhile,the ointment promoted the healing of fracture in rabbits. |
