猪流行性腹泻防控研究概况

猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)主要的致病特点是引起仔猪急性腹泻、呕吐、脱水及死亡,PEDV的感染也可引起怀孕母猪腹泻、厌食,从而影响母猪的正常繁殖功能。自2010年以来,PEDV变异毒株的流行已对全球的生猪产业造成严重影响,而已有的防控措施已经不能应对新的流行态势。近年来,针对PEDV变异毒株流行变化以及防控措施的研究越来越多,许多新的技术及手段已经应用到本病的控制中。论文以此为基础,分析了当前猪流行性腹泻病毒的流行特点,重点讨论不同检测方法和疫苗制剂的研究进展,以及其应用于变异毒株防控中的现状及前景。

Progress on Controlling Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea

The main pathogenic characteristics of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus are acute diarrhea,vomi-ting,dehydration and death in suckling piglets,and virus infection can also cause,diarrhea,anorexia in pregnant sows,thus affect the normal sow breeding rule.Since 2010,the prevalence of mutant strain has serious effects on global pig industry,however,the existing prevention and control measures can't cope with the new trend.In recent years,more researches focused on the study of the new prevalent strains as well as the prevention and control measures,many new techniques and methods have been applied to the control of the disease.Based on this basis,this article analyzed the epidemic characteristics of porcine epi-demic diarrhea,focused on different testing methods and the research progress of vaccine formulation,and its application in present situation and prospect of prevention and control of mutant strain.
