饲粮添加苹果果胶寡糖对断奶大鼠生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响

摘    要:本研究旨在探讨饲粮添加苹果果胶寡糖(apple pectic oligosaccharide,APOS)对断奶大鼠生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道健康的影响。试验选取24只健康的断奶Wistar大鼠,按照体重相近的原则分为2个处理,分别饲喂基础饲粮和添加800 mg/kg APOS的饲粮,试验期为14 d。结果表明:饲粮添加APOS显著提高了断奶大鼠平均日增重和平均日采食量(P0.05),显著降低了料重比(P0.05);饲粮添加APOS可显著提高断奶大鼠血清总抗氧化能力(P0.05),降低血清中丙二醛的含量(P0.05);饲粮添加APOS还可显著提高空肠黏膜绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(P0.05);此外,饲粮添加APOS也提高了盲肠食糜中乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P0.05),降低了盲肠食糜中大肠杆菌的数量(P0.05)。综上所述,在断奶大鼠的饲粮中添加APOS可以提高其生长性能,而这可能源于其改善了大鼠抗氧化能力、空肠黏膜形态和肠道菌群结构。

Effect of Dietary Apple Pectic Oligosaccharide Supplementation on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Capacity and Intestinal Health of Weaned Rats
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dietary apple pectic oligosaccharide ( APOS) supplementation on the growth performance, antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of weaned rats. Twenty-four healthy weaned Wistar rats, based on the initial body weight, were assigned randomly to 1 of 2 diets: the basal diet and the 800 mg/kg APOS supplemental diet. The experiment duration was 14 d. The re-sults showed that dietary APOS supplementation significantly increased average daily gain and average daily feed intake ( P<0.05) , and significantly decreased feed to gain ratio ( P<0.05) of weaned rats. Supplementa-tion of APOS in diet also significantly enhanced the total antioxidant capacity ( P<0.05) , significantly reduced the malondialdehyde content ( P<0.05) in the serum of weaned rats. In addition, dietary APOS supplementa-tion could significantly increase the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum mucosa and the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium populations of cecal digesta ( P<0.05) , and significantly reduce the Escherichia coli pop-ulation of cecal digesta ( P<0.05) in weaned rats. These results suggest that supplementation of APOS in diets may increase the growth performance of weaned Wistar rats, which could be due to that APOS could improve the antioxidant capacity, jejunum mucosal morphology and intestinal flora structure of rats.
