摘 要: | 本试验旨在研究大豆异黄酮对产蛋后期蛋鸡卵巢机能是否有改善作用。选取70周龄左右的海兰褐蛋鸡450只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加10和15 mg/kg大豆异黄酮的试验饲粮。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加大豆异黄酮显著提高了产蛋率(P0.05),对黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、孕酮分泌量影响均不显著(P0.05),但15 mg/kg添加组显著提高了雌二醇、β-内啡肽和卵黄蛋白原分泌量(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,10 mg/kg大豆异黄酮添加组对等级卵泡、小黄卵泡、大白卵泡数量以及各级卵泡的闭锁率影响不显著(P0.05),但15 mg/kg大豆异黄酮添加组显著提高各卵泡数量(P0.05),且极显著提高大白卵泡和初级卵泡数量(P0.01),同时极显著降低小黄卵泡、大白卵泡、次级卵泡的闭锁率(P0.01)。3)15 mg/kg大豆异黄酮添加组极显著提高血浆和卵巢中超氧化物歧化酶活力(P0.01),显著提高肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活力(P0.05)。由此可见,大豆异黄酮可提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋率,改善卵巢机能,其原理可能与提高雌二醇和β-内啡肽的分泌量和机体抗氧化性相关。不同剂量大豆异黄酮作用效果不一样,本研究中以15 mg/kg效果优于10 mg/kg。

Effects of Daidzein on Ovary Function of Hens during the Late Laying Period |

Abstract: | This study was conducted to investigate the possible improvement effects of daidzein ( Da) on ovary function of hens during the late laying period. Four hundred and fifty 70?week?old Hy?Line Brown laying hens were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate. There were 3 di?ets in this experiment consisting of one basic diet and 2 test diets supplemented with 10 or 15 mg/kg Da, re?spectively. The experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed as follows:1) dietary Da supplementation sig?nificantly increased the laying rate (P<0.05), did not significantly impact on secretion levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle?stimulating hormone and progesterone ( P>0.05) , but 15 mg/kg Da supplementation group significantly increased the secretion levels of estradiol, β?endorphin and vitellogenin ( P<0.05) . 2) Compared with the control group, 10 mg/kg Da supplementation group did not significantly influence the numbers of hi?erarchical yellow follicles, smaller yellow follicles and large white follicles, as well as the atresia rates of all kinds of follicles (P>0.05), but 15 mg/kg Da supplementation group significantly increased the numbers of each follicles ( P<0.05) , and extremely significantly increased the numbers of large white follicles and primary follicles ( P<0.01) , meanwhile significantly reduced the atresia rates of smaller yellow follicles, large white follicles and secondary follicles ( P<0.05) . 3) The 15 mg/kg Da supplementation group extremely significant?ly increased the superoxide dismutase activity in plasma and ovary of hens (P<0.01), and significantly in?creased the superoxide dismutase activity in liver ( P<0.05) . It is concluded that Da can improve the production and ovarian function of laying hens, and the principle is related to the increasing secretion of estradiol and β?endorphin and the improvement of resistance to oxidation. There are some differences between two kinds of Da, and 15 mg/kg may get the better effect than 10 mg/kg in our study. |
