河南信阳地区种猪群衣原体血清抗体检测

摘    要:为了解信阳地区种猪群衣原体病流行情况,笔者于2013年3月—2015年10月,采用正向间接血凝试验(IHA)对信阳市65家猪场的1 324份猪血清样品进行了衣原体抗体检测。结果显示,猪衣原体抗体阳性猪场有27个,占检测猪场的41.5%,抗体阳性率为11.3%;2013年—2015年抗体阳性率分别为10.1%、11.4%和12.1%;不同季节抗体阳性率有变化,夏季最高,为13.1%,冬季最低,为9.6%;不同性别间抗体阳性率,母猪为11.7%,公猪为11.0%;1岁以内抗体阳性率最低,为8.0%,3岁以上最高,达到16.8%;不同年龄间猪衣原体抗体阳性率差异极显著(P0.01),且随年龄增长阳性率有增长的趋势,不同年份、不同季节、不同性别间抗体阳性率差异不显著(P0.05)。鉴于猪衣原体病的流行状况,建议有关部门要做好该病的防控工作。

Seral Antibody Detection of Chlamydia in Breeding Swine Herds in Xinyang of Henan Province
Abstract:A survey was performed in order to understand the infection of Chlamydia in breeding swine herds in Xinyang district during the period from March 2013 to December 2015.By employing IHA,1 324 serum samples collected from 65 pig farms in Xinyang were detected and analyzed.The results showed that 27 pig farms were positive,taking up 41.5% among all detected farms,and the average positive rate of de-tected samples was 11.3%;from 2013 to 2015,the positive rate was 10.1%,11.4% and 12.1% respective-ly;the positive rates ranged in different seasons,from 13.1% the highest in summer,to 9.6% the lowest in winter;the positive rate of hogs and sows is 11.7% and 11.0% respectively;pigs within one year old have the lowest positive rate (8.0%)while pigs above the age of three yeas have the highest positive rate (16.8%).It can be concluded that the differences of positive rates among pigs with various ages were ex-tremely significant (P <0.01);and the positive rate increased as pigs get older,while there were no signifi-cant differences in positive rates between different years,seasons and sexes(P >0.05).In view of the prev-alence of chlamydiosis in Xinyang,it is strongly suggested that the relevant executive departments take ef-fective measures in preventing and controlling swine chlamydiosis.
