玉米型饲粮和小麦型饲粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质、血浆生化指标和脂质代谢的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究玉米型饲粮和小麦型饲粮对肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质、血浆生化指标和脂质代谢的影响。选取健康的1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡公雏180只,随机分成2个组,分别采食玉米型饲粮和小麦型饲粮,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期42 d。结果表明:与玉米型饲粮相比,饲喂小麦型饲粮的肉仔鸡,1)生长前期(1~21日龄)和全期(1~42日龄)平均日增重(ADG)显著增加(P0.05),生长前期死亡率显著降低(P0.05);2)42日龄的腹脂率显著降低(P0.05);3)42日龄胸肌肌肉的红度(a*)45 m in和a*24 h值显著降低(P0.05),亮度(L*)45 m in值增加(P=0.096);4)21和42日龄血浆总胆红素含量显著降低(P0.05);21日龄血浆总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著增加(P0.05),21日龄血浆谷氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著降低(P0.05);42日龄血浆尿酸含量显著增加(P0.05);5)21和42日龄血浆甘油三酯含量显著降低(P0.05);42日龄血浆总胆固醇含量显著降低(P0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,与玉米型饲粮相比,小麦型饲粮改善了肉仔鸡的生长性能、脂质代谢和健康状态,降低了腹脂率。

Effects of Corn-Type Diet and Wheat-Type Diet on Growth Performance,Meat Quality,Plasma Biochemical Parameters and Lipid Metabolism of Broilers
Abstract:The current study was to investigate the effects of corn-type diet and wheat-type diet on growth per-formance, meat quality, plasma biochemical parameters and lipid metabolism of broilers. A total of 180 one-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers were randomly assigned to 2 groups which fed with corn-type diet and wheat-type diet, respectively. Each group had 6 replicates with 15 broilers in each replicate. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that:broilers fed with wheat-type diet compared with corn-type diet, 1) the average daily gain ( ADG) in starter phase ( 1 to 21 days of age) and whole phase ( 1 to 42 days of age) was significantly increased ( P<0. 05 ) , and the mortality in starter phase was significantly decreased ( P<0.05);2) the abdominal fat rate was significantly decreased at 42 days of age;3) the redness ( a?) 45 min and a?24 h values were significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , the lightness ( L?) 45 min value was increased ( P=0.096);4) the plasma total bilirubin content was significantly decreased at 21 and 42 days of age ( P<0.05) , the con-tents of total protein and albumin in plasma were significantly increased on at 21 days of age (P<0.05), the plasma alanine aminotransferase activity was significantly decreased at 21 days of age (P<0.05), the plasma uric acid content was significantly increased on at 42 days of age ( P<0.05);5) the plasma triglyceride content was significantly decreased at 21 and 42 days of age ( P<0.05) , the plasma total cholesterol content was sig-nificantly decreased at 42 days of age ( P<0.05) . Therefore, in the current study, compared with corn-type di-et, wheat-type diet can improve growth performance, lipid metabolism status and healthy of broilers, and de-crease abdominal fat and meat color of breast muscle.
