| 摘 要： | 本试验旨在研究复合维生素对鸡机体免疫能力、生长指标、新城疫抗体、血液生化指标、体尺性状的影响。试验选用1日龄鸡200只称重后随机分为5个处理组,每组40只,分别为A组(即42d全给药组)、B组(即隔天给药组)、C组(即前21d给药组)、D组(即后21d给药组)和对照E组(即42d全饮水组),试验周期为42d,E组自由饮水,A、B、C和D组在饮水中添加不同浓度的维生素。结果表明,B组、C组和D组鸡较A组、E组鸡的各项指标均有一定程度的提高,但是以B组效果较为明显,说明合理饲喂晶维他复合液体维生素可显著提高鸡的理化特性,但长期过量补充维生素会影响机体发育,降低机体的免疫力。

Effects of Zoo Vita Plus Multivitamin on Physiological and Biochemical Properties of Boilers |

| Abstract: | This experiment was to study the effects of compound liquid vitamins on immune ability,growth indexes, Newcastle disease antibodies,blood biochemical indexes and body measurements of broilers.200 one-day old broil-ers were randomly divided into five groups,each group 40,respectively in group A(taking drug 42 days)and group B(taking drug every other day),group C(taking drug first 21 days),group D (taking drug last 21 days) and normal group E(only drinking water),trial period for 6 weeks.The chicks in A,B,C and D groups were giv-en with Zoo Vita Plus Multivitamin of different concentrations in the water.The results showed that compered to group A and group E,all the indexes in group B,group C and group D were higher,however,these indexes in group B are the best.The results illustrated that long-term vitamin supplements can affect the development of chicks,leading to lower immunity,and proper usage and dosage are recommended. |
