| 摘 要： | 为了解新疆昭苏县马感染梨形虫情况及传播媒介蜱的种类,采用寄生虫病病原常规检查方法、分子生物学技术和血清学检测方法对200匹马进行马梨形虫的检测,对320只传播媒介蜱进行形态学鉴定。结果显示,血液涂片染色镜检红细胞染虫率为9.23%,PCR、cELISA对驽巴贝斯虫的检出率分别为28%和23.5%,对泰勒虫的检出率分别为36%和34%;对马体表和周边环境采集的320只蜱虫鉴定为草原革蜱和森林革蜱2种。本研究为该地区马梨形虫病的防控提供了科学依据。

Detection of Equine Piroplasma and Identification of Vector Ticks in Zhaosu County of Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the infection situation of equine piroplasma and spread of vector tick spe-cies in Zhaosu county of Xinjiang,the blood smear routine inspection method,molecular biology technology and serological detection method were used to detect 200 horses and 320 vector ticks.The results showed that the infective rate of erythrocytes is 9.23%.Babesia caballi detection rates by PCR and cELISA are re-spectively 28% and 23.5%.Theileria detection rates are respectively 36% and 34%.The 320 ticks collected from horses and surrounding environment were identified as D .nuttalli and D .silvarum .This study provid-ed scientific basis for the prevention of the equine piroplasmosis in the area. |
