摘    要:利用单倍体诱导系选育玉米自交系可大大提高选育效率。本文回顾了玉米单倍体诱导系的选育现状,利用单倍体诱导系选育玉米自交系的基本程序。为加强单倍体诱导系在玉米育种中的利用,提高单倍体诱导率,建立一套高效的单倍体加倍方法、揭示单倍体诱导系诱导性状的遗传规律和诱导机制以及建立一套简便易行的鉴别单倍体和双倍体的技术是目前极需解决的问题。单倍体诱导系已在玉米育种中显示出巨大的应用前景,我国应加强这方面的研究并尽快应用于实践。

Abstract:Using of haploid inducer for producing inbred lines will improve breeding efficiency greatly. The paper reviewed the current breeding of haploid inducer world and presented the basic procedure of inbred line development via haploid inducer. To strengthen the utilization of haploid inducer in maize breeding, to increase haploid-induction rate and chromosome-doubling rate, to understand better the mechanism of haploid-inducing capability of haploid inducer, to set up an efficient technique of distinguishing between haploids and diploids are the urgent problems need to be solved. Haploid inducer has showed a promising prospect in maize breeding, we should strengthen study on it and make it to be used in practice soon.
