高产杂交稻“两优培九”功能叶抗氧化系统对水分胁迫的响应

摘    要:主要研究了在不同程度的土壤水分胁迫下“两优培九”功能叶抗氧化系统的变化情况。结果显示,在水分胁迫的前期,抗氧化系统中各成分的反应并不完全一致,SOD活性略有下降,而POD和CAT的活性则快速上升;AsA和GSH的含量不同程度地下降;脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量均大幅增加。O2.- 的产生速率及膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量始终
