山东省农业信息化建设与利用问题探析

农业信息化是现代农业发展过程中的一个重要特征,是促进农民增产增收的重要保证。分析认为山东省农业信息化建设成果的应用效率低主要是信息内容的实用性差、服务面窄,以及当前农业“从业人员”的信息素养低。提出应在政府的主导下,加快涉农信息资源的整合与传播,建立专家咨询系统,增强信息的实用性,同时加快农业信息化专业人才培养,提高农民的信息素养。

Discussions on the Problems of Agricultural Informationization Construction and Utilization in Shandong Province

Agricultural informationization is the key characteristic of modem agriculture development, and the important guarantee for promoting the increase of agricultural production and farmers＇ineome. The low application efficiency of agricultural informationization achievements in Shandong Province was attributed to the poor practicability of information content, the limited service fields and the low information literacy of agricultural personnel. This paper proposed that, under the auspices of government, the should cover in accelerating the integration and spread of agricultural information resources, building export consulting system, strengthening the practicability of information, and accelerating the training of professional talents to improve farmers＇ information literacy.
