农业高职院校班主任在学生就业指导工作中的作用

职业教育就是就业教育，充分发挥班主任的作用，把就业教育与就业指导渗透到班主任对学生全程的日常管理与学习教育中，已成为高职院校就业工作的重要组成部分。浅析了高职院校就业工作对班主任的新要求及班主任在学生就业工作中的重要作用，指出了班主任开展就业工作的有效途径与措施。

Simply Talking about the Class Supervisor and the Employment Guide Work in Higher Agricultural Vocational College

Vocational education is employment education. It has been a very important part of the employment work in higher vocational college to penetrate the employment education and employment guide into the students＇ daily management and whole learning process supervised by their class supervisors. The article touches briefly on the new requirments to the class supervisors proposed by the employment work in higher vocational college, furthermore, this paper talks about the essential function and importance of class supervisor in students＇ employment process. And it points out its effective approaches and methods of class supervisor, developed into students＇ employment guide work.
