阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与硅藻土对中生菌素发酵液的配合絮凝效果

摘    要:研究了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺与硅藻土配合施用对中生菌素发酵液的絮凝效果,以及几种关键因素对二者配合效果的影响。结果表明,硅藻土与阳离子聚丙酰胺配合施用的效果优于二者单独施用;配合施用过程中两剂的投料顺序、投料量对絮凝效果具有突出影响,采用先加入0.24g/L阳离子聚丙烯酰胺后加入30g/L硅藻土的程序,可获得理想的絮凝效果;在pH值2~7的范围内,絮凝效果随pH值的升高而增强。

Abstract:Effect of cation polyacrylamide and diatomaceous earth on the flocculation of the broth of Zhongshengmycin, a agricultural antibiotic, were investigated. The feeding order and quantity of two agents had notable effects on the flocculation, in which the process of adding 0.24g/L cation polyacrylamide prior to 30g/L diatomaceous earth was preferred. Adjusting pH to higher value within the range of 2-7 could promote the flocculation effect. The property of filtration and centrifugation of the broth was improved significantly through such flocculating process.
