| 摘 要： | 以湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物为研究对象,采用乙醇回流提取法,用乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度以及提取时间为主要考查因素,通过正交试验,确定了湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇溶液体积分数为50%,料液比为1∶20,在80℃水浴条件下提取3h。通过定期测定猪油样品过氧化值(POV)的变化,研究了湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性能。湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物对猪油具有较强的抗氧化作用,且随着其添加量的增加而增大。

| Abstract: | In this paper took extracts from flavonoids from Hubei Wingnut(Malus hapehensis)leaf as the research object,used the traditional alcohol extraction,made the ethanol concentration,the extraction time,the compare of liquid and solid,the extraction temperature being the mostly complication.
