太空搭载百子莲种子对其SP1代叶片形状的影响

摘    要:本文对太空搭载百子莲(Agapaathus)DBH、BB、DB3个品种种子的SP1代样本单株的叶片长度、宽度和面积进行了统计分析,对实验数据进行了柯尔莫哥罗夫一斯米尔诺夫检验,计算了样本的列文统计量,并采用SPSS13.0统计分析软件检验了本假设的满足条件,进行了独立样本T检验。结果表明:DBH、BB的SP1代实验组和对照组叶片形状存在变异且叶长和叶宽均差异显著,DB差异不显著。

Abstract:length, width and area of leaves of three SP1 samples from induced Agapanthus seeds induced in space flight were analyzed in this paper. The writer calculated the K-S statistics and the Levene statistic, also made use of SPSS 13.0 to carry on the T test of independent-samples and the results declared that: DBH and BB existed significant variation in the length and width, but DB not.
