| 摘 要： | 以幼苗期具有标记性状的玉米杂交种铁单4号，本育9号和东单54号为试材，利用电泳法和幼苗形态法分别对其纯度进行鉴定后，再对两种方法鉴定结果的一致性和相关性进行统计分析。结果表明；两种方法鉴定的结果无显差异。相关极显，且得到了电泳鉴定纯度（x)与幼苗鉴定纯度（y)回归方程y=7.93 0.9232x。

| Abstract: | Eighteen maize samples from three hybrids with marked seedling characteristics were selected to study the accuracy of electrophoretic methods in the hybrids identification. Each sample was identified by electrophoretic method and seedling colour identification respectively and the comparasion of the results from the two methods showed that no significantly difference exsist between them,but the correlation is significant, and the regression equation of the results is y=7.93+0.9232x. |
