抗鸡败血支原体单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株的建立

摘    要:应用杂交瘤技术获得了4株抗鸡败血支原体单克隆抗体。4株单克隆抗体与鸡滑液支原体、传染性支气管炎病毒、鸡新城疫病毒、鸡白痢沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌抗原均无交叉反应。1株单克隆抗体为IgG2a,其余3株单克隆抗体均为IgM。4株杂交瘤细胞染色体均有少量中部或亚中部着丝点染色体。

Abstract:Four monoclonalantibodies(McAbs)wereproducedagainstS6strainofMycoplasmagallisepticumusinghybridomatechnique.No crossreactionwasobservedbetweentheMcAbsandNewcastlediseasevirus,infectiousbronchitisvirus, E.coli, S.pullorumandmycoplasmasynoviae.TheMcAbsecretedbyhybridomacell1C5wasclassifiedasIgG2a.However,theotherthreeonessecretedonlythetypeofIgMimmunoglobulin.Theresultsofidentifyingthechromosomesshowedthatthechromosomesofallthefourstrainsofhybridomacellshaveafewofcentroneresorsubcentromeres.
