| 摘 要： | 产气荚膜梭状芽孢杆菌是动物舍空气粪便污染的指示菌种，他们的含量反映了动物舍卫生状况以及动物体相应疾病的可能感染。通过对 Ｋ Ｓ９２ 喷冲器空气样品加热 ８０℃，２０ 分钟处理，结果证明该菌群几乎 １００％ 以芽孢形式气悬存在。

| Abstract: | Clostridium perfringens in the air can be considered as indicative bacterium of contamination with faeces.The concentration of the bacteria in the air indicates the hygienic status of the animal house and possible infection caused by C1. perfringens of the animals.Evaluation of the air samples collected by KS 92 impinger showed that Cl.perfringens was almost 100% sporulated in the stable air. |
