| 摘 要： | 应用鸡胚成纤维细胞（ＣＥＦ）从新疆地区分离到３株细胞适应株，对其进行了理化特性和血清学特性的鉴定。结果表明３个毒株能抵抗氯仿，耐热（５６℃１小时）、（７０℃１小时或８０℃１小时）、耐酸（ｐＨ２）、对碱（ｐＨ１２）敏感。但与国内已报道的毒株相比，对热（７０℃）和碱（ｐＨ１２，３７℃１小时）的抵抗力则更强些，在这些条件下均不能完全灭活。血清中和试验表明均为ＩＢＤＶ血清Ｉ型。交叉中和试验表明，分离的３株毒株有１株和另外２株是不同的血清亚型，确证了新疆也存在ＩＢＤＶ血清亚型。３株病毒在ＣＥＦ上连续传代已基本致弱，其细胞培养液接种鸡能产生相应的免疫抗体。
