大肠杆菌耐四环素基因的检测

近年来，兽医临床分离的大肠杆菌对许多抗菌素呈耐药性，尤其是对四环素的耐药率为最高。本研究从分子生物学角度探讨了大肠杆菌的耐药性，从耐四环素基因的上下游分别设计了一对引物，两引物间包含耐四环素基因的部分片段，采用多聚酶链式反应，结果扩增出了特异片段（520bp）。该实验从基因水平来确证细菌的耐药性，比药敏试验更精确、更实用。

Detection of the Tetracycline Resistance Gene from E. coli by PCR

In this study,clinical isolates of E. coli were screend for the presence of tetraycline resistance gene by polmerase chain reaction. The 520 bp fragment of the tetracycline resistance gene was obstained by PCR as expected. The method is more accurate since it dectectes the antibiotic resistance from the gene level.
