宁夏压砂甜瓜白粉病病原菌初步鉴定

摘    要:【目的】初步鉴定宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病原菌。【方法】通过观察压砂甜瓜白粉病病原菌的分生孢子、菌丝、分生孢子梗、萌发管、纤维状体显微形态特征进行初步鉴定【结果】宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病原菌初步鉴定为单囊壳属单囊壳白粉菌(Sphacelotheca fuliginea)。【结论】囊壳属单囊壳白粉菌侵染是造成宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病因。

Abstract:The study aimed to identify preliminarily powdery mildew on ‘ Yu Jinxiang ’ that is the major variety of melon cultivated in lands overlaid with sands of droughty midregion in Ningxia.Identification preliminary have completed in this paper based on morphological characteristics conidia,germ-tube,fibrosin bodies,hypha,and conidiophores of melon powdery mildew under light microscope.The pathogen of melon powdery mildew on ‘ Yu Jinxiang ’ is sphacelotheca fuliginea.Sphacelotheca fuliginea could cause powdery mildew on ‘ Yu Jinxiang ’.
