仰角和雾化程度可调式喷头的水力性能试验研究与评价

摘    要:通过仰角和雾化程度可调式喷头室内外试验研究分析得出,这种新型喷头仰角实现了在7°~57°范围内连续可调;安装有雾化与射程调节器的喷头,实现了喷头的雾化及射程同步调整;喷头以间距18 m×18 m进行组合试验表明,组合喷灌均匀度都在0.86以上,组合喷灌强度都在7.6 mm/h以下。应用模糊综合评判的数学模型并结合试验数据评价目前国内外广泛使用的旋转式喷头与仰角和雾化程度可调式喷头的水力性能,结果表明该喷头具有更优越的水力性能。

Abstract:Through the indoor and outdoor experimental research and analysis of the elevation and atomization adjustable sprinkler,the nozzle angle is elevated from 7° to 57° continuously,and installing the new atomization and range regulator realizes atomization degree and range controlled synchronously.The sprinkler irrigation uniformity is above 0.86,and the sprinkler irrigation intensity is below 7.6 mm/h at the distance 18 m×18 m of sprinklers.The mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied and the test data are used to evaluate the hydraulic performance of whirl sprinklers and this sprinkler at home and abroad.Results show that the elevation and atomization adjustable sprinkler has better hydraulic performances.
