| 摘 要： | 在阐述开发区土地集约利用的内涵、特点及评价指标体系构建的原则的基础上,针对《开发区土地集约利用评价规程（试行）》中开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系中存在的问题,从开发区土地集约利用内涵入手,结合我国开发区土地利用实际情况,借鉴国内学者现有研究成果,提出了改进和完善开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系的建议。
