| 摘 要： | 从公共经济学的角度探讨了农林高校中的农林类专业毕业生基层就业问题,把就业界定为混合产品的范畴,分析了高校毕业生面向基层就业中的市场失灵原因。为发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用,应从混合产品的提供方式入手,确定政府在促进基层就业中的有效定位,并发挥农林高校在为基层输送和培养人才中的重要作用。
