甘蔗叶机械化粉碎还田技术集成

摘    要:通过对设计的1GYF系列甘蔗叶粉碎还田机的动刀类型、动刀排列、集叶器等进行优化组合与改进,使捡拾率提高约0.7%,粉碎率提高约7.1%,并进一步提高了机具工作可靠性和使用寿命;同时,通过配套后续机耕试验探讨了相关技术对土壤效应与甘蔗生长的影响,提出了甘蔗叶粉碎还田作业质量标准、技术使用条件、配套后续机耕作业机具及相应的甘蔗增产增收技术措施。

Abstract:Through improving and optimizing the type and arrangement of the flail knives as well as the pick-up device in 1GYF-series sugarcane leaf shattering,the pick-up rate improved by 0.7%,and the smashing rate increased by 7.1%,which further improve the reliability and service life of the machine;moreover,through the follow-up field machine cultivation test,the impact of relevant technologies on soil efficiency and sugarcane growth was discussed,the operating quality standards,technical conditions and follow-up ...
