| 摘 要： | 将HACCP体系的基本原理及核心理念应用于《食品添加剂》教学中,以《食品添加剂》教学的要点及学生容易产生的问题作为该课程教学的关键控制点,着重加以分析并提出解决方案,从而有效控制和解决了问题,达到了预期效果。
