摘    要:将HACCP体系的基本原理及核心理念应用于《食品添加剂》教学中,以《食品添加剂》教学的要点及学生容易产生的问题作为该课程教学的关键控制点,着重加以分析并提出解决方案,从而有效控制和解决了问题,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:By dint of basic principles and central theory of HACCP in Food-Additives teaching,and taking teaching points and problems students likely to have as the key controlling point of teaching program,problems were analyzed and proposed so as to achieve effective control and solve problem and realize purpose of prospect teaching effect.
