| 摘 要： | 基于对河北省低碳农业发展条件的分析,运用SPSS17.0软件,对河北省农业总产值与主要投入要素进行多元线性回归分析,研究结果表明,农用塑料薄膜施用量、化肥施用量、农业机械总动力等是影响河北省低碳农业发展的主要因素,在此基础上提出加快低碳农业技术研发推广及应用、因地制宜选择低碳农业发展模式、制定低碳农业发展规划与法律法规等对策建议。
