杜仲叶次生代谢物季节和地域差异性研究

摘    要:研究了杜仲叶中京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷等次生代谢物季节、地域差异性。采用反相高效液相色谱法分析杜仲叶中这3种主要次生代谢物。结果表明,京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、京尼平苷6月份含量最高,分别达到0.562%、2.258%和0.571%。另外,杜仲叶中次生代谢物含量地域差异性显著,即对于同一年龄、同一杜仲品种而言,气候条件较差地区(年平均气温6.8~8.8℃、绝对最低湿度-29.6%~-22.6%、年降雨量576.7~1048 mm)杜仲叶次生代谢物含量高。由此得出,气候条件影响杜仲叶中次生代谢物的合成积累,而6月份为杜仲叶的最佳采收期。

Abstract:To study effects of differences among seasonal and region on three bioactive components,namely geniposidic acid(GA),chlorogenic acid(CA) and geniposide(G),in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.leaves,reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatograpy(HPLC) was used to analyse the three secondary metabolites from E.ulmoides leaves.Results show:the content of the three components was highest in June,which reached 0.562 %,2.258 % and 0.571 %,respectively,indicating June to be the best harvest period for collecting leave...
