当前农村工作中应予关注并解决的几个问题一一当涂农村调查归来的思考

本文根据在当涂县农村实地调查所得材料，就当前农业结构调整、抛荒田、农民减负增收、乡镇和村两级组织负债、乡镇企业改制以及农村基层组织建设等问题作了分析，并提出相应的解决办法。文中所列问题虽发生在个别县域内，但其有一定普遍性，值得关注。有关方面应本着实事求是的态度予以解决。

Some Problems Should Be Paid Attention to in Rural Areas at Present Time

The authors made a down-to-earth investigation in the countryside in Dangtu County and found some problems: 1) the ill-adjustment of agricultural economic structure; 2) a lot of fields abandoned; 3) the contradiction between the increase of peasants'' incomes and the decrease of their economic burdens; 4) the administrative village and township burdened with debts; 5) the contradiction between rural enterprise reforms and the construction of Party organizations. After a reasonable analysis the paper presents some solutions to the problems. It holds that such problems are common in the rural areas in China. Therefore departments concerned should take a practical and realistic attitude toward the solution of the problems.
