| 摘 要： | 本文概述了影响跨文化交际的主要因素，从民族/群体中心主义的定义、现象入手详细分析了它在跨文化交际中的负面影响仗化冲突、偏见、交际距离，并着重提出了克服这些负面影响、提高交际能力的对策增加文化接触、进行文化对比和探源、在外语教学中重视文化传授及采用反映目的语文化特征的教科书。

| Abstract: | This essay generalizes the main factors that affect intercultural communication and detailedly analyzes the negative impacts of ethnocentrism based on the definition and phenomena of ethnocentrism (cultural conflicts, prejudices and communicative distance). Following that, this essay suggests the strategies to overcome the negative impacts of ethnocentrism and improve communicative competence (intensifying cultural contact, conducting cultural contrast and exploration, laying emphasis on language teaching as well as culture teaching and adopting the text hooks that characterize the culture of the target language). |
