| Abstract: | This paper holds that law and morality are consistent on the one hand, and contradictory on the other. Both sides develop in conflicts. Only by following this point of view can we have a good grasp of Confucianism that has been developing for more than 2000 years, and can we understand correctly our moral and legal construction today. |
