| Abstract: | From the standpoint of system theory, the quality structure of teachers adapting to creative education can he formed: system of creative ideas, system of multiple - factored knowledge, system of creative ability, and system of creative personal characteristics, which interaction of four subsystems, promoting the whole quality of teachers to develop continuously. |
