| 摘 要： | 当前农业发展进入了一个新的阶段，对进行农业结构战略性调整己成共识。本文以砂姜黑土面积较大的阜阳市为例，对其农业结构现状和存在问题进行了分析研究，提出了农业结构调整的目标和措施，以期为砂姜黑土地区农业结构调整提供理论依据。
