中国水资源问题与农业可持续发展

水资源短缺成为我国农业进一步发展的严重制约因素，解决水资源危机对促进农业可持续发展有着十分重要的作用。木文综合分析了中国水资源短缺的现状与水资源危机的四方面表现，提出解决水资源短缺问题必须从开源与节流两方面入手，讲究水资源的科学开发和有效利用。

Water resources problem and agricultural sustainable development in China

The shortage of water resources such as drought, water shortage and water pollution has given disadvantageous influence on the Chinese agriculture. The disadvantage has made poor harvest and reduction of output. The solution to the crisis of water resources plays a vital role in the agricultural sustainable development. In the paper, the shortage of water resources in China is analyzed synthetically and the shortage crisis is described from four aspects. The counter- measure against resources shortage should be considered from two ways: increase the supply and decrease the use. On the basis of which the paper not only expatiates on the scientific exploitation and the effective employment of water resources but also gives us some suggestions on how to deal with the crisis.
