高等学校实施素质教育当议

高等学校是培养德、智、体全面发展的人刁‘，对大学生不仅要注重知识的传输，同时也要加强个性、人格和心理品质等方ICI的教育，本文针对目前高等学校的教育现状，阐述了加强大学生素质教育的必要性和现实意义;提出了加强大学生素质教育的主要做法;指出了加强大学生素质教育应注意的问题，以期引起教育和教育管理工作的注意，全面提高等教育的教育质景，为社会培养更多有用的合格人才。

On Quality Education Applied to Institution of Higher Education

Higher education should not only lay emphasis on conveying knowledge to undergraduates, but also at the same time redoubled its efforts in developing their individualism, personality and mentality. In the light of the present educational conditions of institutions of higher education, this article expounds the necessity and practical significance of strengthening quality education to undergraduates; and meanwhile it puts forward the main methods of work and problems which should he paid attention to.
