利用人际吸引因素解决新生的交往心理障碍

大一新生普遍感到人际关系紧张，互想之问疑心较重，有些同学还存在交往的心理障碍。本文论述了新生交往心理障碍的主要表现，通过团体心理辅导和心理教育使同学们学习人际吸引的因素及规律，达到解决心理障碍的目的。

Making Use of the Social Attraction Factors to Help Freshmen Overcoming the Psychological Obstacles from Social Intercourse

Most of the freshmen feel that the social relationships are strained. They often suspect each other and some of them have the psychological obstacles when intercourse with others. In this paper, the main behaviors of the obstacles are discussed. By developing the group psychological tutorship and education,the freshmen can learn the factors and rules of the social attraction. Thus they can overcome the psychological obstacles.
