| 摘 要： | 产品缺陷与质量不合格是两个具有不同法律意蕴的概念。本文试图通过对以上两个概念的分析与比较，阐述我国产品质量法中有关产品缺陷规定中存在的矛盾:同时透视立法者关于产品责任的立法思考，并评述有关学者对产品缺陷的一些基本观点。
