摘    要:商业银行市场竞争意识有所增强,但对市场环境和市场定位还缺乏科学的认识和分析,银行对营销理论运用也不系统、不全而。我们应当学习和借鉴西方银行业在营销活动中的经验,积极推进我国营销工作,建立一支素质高、业务熟、公关能力强、特别能战斗的营销队伍,以保证金融营销顺利开展。

Abstract:Commercial banks have become aware of the marketing competition to some extent; however, they are still lacking in scientific understanding and analysis towards marketing environment and marketing positioning. In addition, the bankw can not use marketing theoried systematically and comprehensively. As a result, we should use the marketing experience of western banks for reference, actively promoting our country'' s marketing work, and build up a high-quality contigents with perfect professional work and public relation ability as well as high combat power, in this way, we can ensure that financial marketing will be carried out smoothly.
