| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the resources of surplus labor force in the countryside of Anhui Province, the authors in the article suggest that the transference of surplus labour force in the countryside should be key to the problem of unemployment in Anhui Province with both urban and rural areas considered as a whole and they provide some feasible measures in solving the problem. |
