| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了影响农民中介组织发育的几个主要因素，并运用新制度经济学的制度变迁理论对我国农民中介组织发育的路径进行分析，提出一个农民中介组织发育的过程模型和促进农民中介组织发育的若干措施。
