巴马小型猪糖尿病前期血脂和血液流变学变化分析

为研究巴马小型猪糖尿病前期对血脂和血液流变学的影响，对正常巴马小型猪和糖尿病前期小型猪的血脂和血流变学指标进行了检测，并进行糖耐量实验。结果表明，血脂四项检测中血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇糖尿病前期组均高于正常对照组（P<0.05）。血液流变学指标检测中活化部分凝血酶原时间出现延长（P<0.05）。其他检测指标无明显差异。实验显示，巴马小型猪糖尿病前期已出现血脂紊乱和部分血流变学指标的改变。因此糖尿病前期患者在控制血糖的同时，应控制血脂，降低血黏度，以预防或减少糖尿病的发生。

Analysis of blood lipid and hemorheology in Bama miniature pigs during pre-diabetic

To investigate the characteristics of blood lipid and hemorheology in Bama miniature pigs during pre-diabetic. The blood lipid and hemorheology index of normal Bama miniature pigs and pre-diabetic miniature pigs were tested, and the sugar tolerance test was performed. Results: the cholesterol total, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the prediabetes group were all higher than those of the normal control group (P<0.05) in the four items of blood lipid tests. In the test of hemorheology index, the time of activating partial prothrombin prolonged (P<0.05). There was no obvious abnormality in other test index. Conclusion: dyslipidemia and some changes in hemorheology have occurred in Bama miniature pigs during pre-diabetic. Therefore, while controlling blood sugar, pre-diabetic patients should control blood lipids, reduce blood viscosity, to prevent or reduce the incidence of diabetes.
